Tell me what fears
are holding you back,
Are you afraid of
this cowardly world?
Do warning men
terrify you?
Are you afraid of
stones being hurled?
With us together,
do we need else more?
I’ll be your world,
you be mine,
Hand in hand we
shall bear what they bring,
The day they are
tired, all will be fine,
They may banish us,
may torture and hurt,
Remorse, taunts,
curses and all,
I know it’s not
easy for any of us,
But when in an
embrace, we never can fall,
We shall overcome
what comes over us,
Believe me, beloved,
together we shall.
