Forgive me friend,
forgive me foe,
Kill all my secrets
you may know,
Erase the bad me
from memory,
Let me escape from
this misery,
Hurt me for all
that I have hurt,
Accuse me for my
accusations,
Banish the devil of
my soul,
End its evil
occupation,
So that when at my
funeral,
You bow your head,
struggling to hide a smile,
And you have to
praise me for a while,
That day; you won’t
have to lie.
