Is this what I have
been waiting for all my life?
Was I running until
now for this fall?
You are not deaf I
know and also why you act so,
I promise I will
not again give a call,
My love was a trick
for my gain,
How can I love you
or anybody else?
I never cried for
you and why will I?
It’s all a lie that
my eye tells,
I am tired of
convincing, enough of apologies,
My hope is frail
though still lingers,
My determination
weak, heart losing faith,
Sorry, I can’t hold
on any longer.
